Mixed feelings about this
The staff were friendly and the food was tasty. I had a spacious room with a comfortable bed that allowed me to relax after a long day.
Some areas seemed outdated and could use some renovations. Additionally, noise from other guests disrupted my peace during the night.

I had a great time enjoying the cozy cowboy-themed decor and the large, comfy room during my stay. I loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The breakfast could be a tad better with more variety, but overall, it was a solid experience. 😊

The large, clean room with comfortable beds was a nice touch, and the western decor added charm. However, it was frustrating that we didn't receive room service after requesting it, and the walk from our room to the front was quite lengthy. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options that didn't impress. Despite these drawbacks, the cozy feel of the room made the stay somewhat enjoyable.

Great find for weary travelers
First off, the staff here were very nice. I walked in and the lady at the front desk, Payton I think, was just so friendly and helpful, she really knew her stuff. The breakfast was something else-real eggs, not some microwave nonsense. It's hard finding a place that cares that much about the food.
It costs a bit more than I anticipated, but the quality made it acceptable.

The check-in process at the Best Western in Rock Springs was quick. The room felt clean and spacious, and I appreciated the rustic decor giving it a cozy vibe. Parking right outside my room made unloading a breeze. I loved the made-to-order breakfast with plenty of delicious options. However, the lounge and restaurant were closed due to staffing issues, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to dining on-site. The thin walls allowed noise from the neighboring rooms to disturb my evening. The outdated bathroom amenities could use an upgrade too. Still, I had a pleasant stay overall despite some inconveniences.
